Never ordered these

We ordered a few times but so many times the ordered were wrong, the embroidery really really bad and the grip was patchy. When I spoke to them about quality control, they said they couldn’t do it because it takes a lot of time. Two times the order came wrong. Sometimes even the wrong brand.. She sent us another brand’s socks. This is disappointing. In the beginning when we worked with Kiea, she was great. then eventually she stopped being responsive even after we ordered from her countless times. She would ignore our messages after we paid which was really bad service. Such a shame as their products can be good, but their customer service lacked quality and their factory would always make mistakes.
